Robert W. Branch
Mr. Branch is a Fresno native and grew up in the San Joaquin Valley, primarily in Modesto and Sanger. From 1981 to 1983 he attended the University of California at Berkeley and graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Petroleum Engineering in 1983. Mr. Branch attended the University of Oregon School of Law in Eugene, Oregon, and received his Juris Doctor in 1991. He graduated as a member of the Oregon Chapter of the Order of the Coif.
Mr. Branch returned to Fresno in 1991 and began his law career at the offices of Kimble, MacMichael & Upton where he worked as an associate for seven years and as a partner for eleven years. In July of 2009, Mr. Branch moved his practice to the law firm of Perkins, Mann & Everett, where he concentrated on litigation matters for his own clients and those of Douglas V. Thornton. Mr. Branch moved his practice when Mr. Thornton opened the Thornton Law Group, P.C., in December of 2013.
Among other matters, Mr. Branch has litigated matters before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.
